Responsibilities

  • The purpose of this project is to create new job descriptions and create new classification and compensation systems.
  • This 215-bed facility provides justice involved adults with a structured living environment, while focusing on accountability, employment, and skill-building.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in a correctional or residential treatment facility for juvenile or adult offenders.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer psychological assessment prior to appointment.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer physical abilities assessment prior to appointment.
  • Individuals in this position can work up to 20 hours a week (must be at least 21 years of age).
  • All on-call staff must be available to work two (2) night shifts per month.
  • Minimum Qualifications

Skills

  • There are three (3) shifts available, each 6 -10 hours long in length (day, swing, night).

Compensation

  • $28.72 - $34.96 Hourly
  • Employees working 6:00am - 4:30pm (Day Shift) receive base pay; employees working 2:00pm - 1 2:30 a m (Swing Shift) receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour shift differential; employees working 1 0:00pm - 8:30am (Night Shift) receive one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) shift differential per hour.
