About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will have the autonomy to shape clinical protocols, develop patient care pathways, and collaborate with our exceptional team of providers in a high-end, supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
  • Monitor patient outcomes, track program metrics, and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Adoreal partners with plastic surgery practices to provide the operational, marketing, and growth infrastructure that lets clinicians focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of or experience prescribing GLP-1 receptor agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and managing weight loss patients.
  • Familiarity with peptide therapies (e.g., BPC-157, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin) and hormone optimization protocols (BHRT, testosterone, thyroid).
  • Ability to order, review, and interpret comprehensive lab panels, including hormone profiles, metabolic panels, and thyroid function.
  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • BLS/ACLS certification required.

  • Certification or training in integrative, anti-aging, or functional medicine (e.g., A4M, IFM, BHRT certification).
