About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update renewal trackers, ensuring data accuracy across CRM and CPQ systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations and finance to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Follow established renewal procedures to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
- The Renewal Specialist supports the renewals process through accurate data entry, quote creation, and administrative execution.
- This role works under close supervision to ensure timely renewal processing and provides essential operational support to the Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales support, renewals, or administrative operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
