About the role
- Conducts training and education sessions for Site Teams and departments on IRA policies and standards, promoting program understanding and implementation.

Responsibilities
- include researching and resolving issues, document and file management, and training and educating site teams and Avon departments on IRA policies and standards, along with creating and maintaining essential documentation to facilitate program administration.
- This position is pivotal in developing and recommending strategies to enhance program efficiency and compliance.
- Produces documentation, process maps, and presentations to support IRA program administration and communication.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive related experience required.
- Strong Excel skills required.

- Proposes solutions and recommendations from various administrative alternatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- $24.46 - $33.64 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
