About the role
- We need a talented data science leader to apply rigorous hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics and working with LLMs to inform the acquisition, personalization and retention strategies for our products.
- Your team's work will contribute directly to the success of growing, maintaining and improving health outcomes of our patients utilizing digital products developed by DIG.
- You will be expected to work with analytics and product leaders to understand their top priorities to set the strategic direction of your data science projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics Or equivalent educ/experience
- 4 years Leadership experience.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics Or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training Data science or project management
- 1 year Experience in project management.
- Certifications in data science, project management or related fields (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Data Management
