About the role

  • The successful candidate(s) will work closely with the existing PMA OPM team and be physically located on-site.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects through all phases in a project life cycle, from inception to close-out.
  • Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.

Requirements

  • must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field required.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, as necessary, required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and understand plans and specifications, are required.
  • An exceptional ability to remain organized and handle multiple action items simultaneously is required.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and managing MS SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams required.
  • Working knowledge of PMWeb or Procore preferred
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar software preferred.

Compensation

  • $83k-$104k
