Owns and leads groups within the department.
Supports with the preparation of services, contractor indirect and/or capital cost estimates in specialized discipline areas using current techniques and market pricing.
Supports with the preparation of cost/schedule products for proposals or contract negotiations.
Performs price or cost analysis for reasonableness of subcontractor quotes or change requests under the guidance of management.
Performs quantity takeoffs from design drawings for multidiscipline sections and customizes forms, etc. to reflect best effort.
Supports with the preparation of detail pricing for field manual labor, field subcontractors, and other direct costs.
Supports with the preparation of basis and assumption documentation denoting rationale, inclusions, and exclusions.
Supports with the preparation of subcontractor bid analysis and compares to market rates.
Assists in developing unit staffing, job hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or specialty, including estimating parameters, factors, indices, and craft distribution reference data, etc., based on analysis and industry experience.
Supports with the preparation of reports and estimate summaries for estimate reviews; participates in estimate reviews and presentations.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field is required.
Broad knowledge of construction, project management and engineering.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in at least one construction division (CSI).
