Requirements
- Dual EEC Teacher Certification required (Infant/Toddler and Preschool)
- Ability to observe, supervise, and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to meet state licensing, background check, and employment requirements
Nice to have
- EEC Teacher Certification (or ability to obtain certification) preferred for Massachusetts candidates
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
