About the role
- The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible and accountable for assuring all finished product is packaged according to Q&FS specifications and QMP Standards in support of Mars Quality and Food Safety principles.
- New hires are eligible for a $2,500 Sign on Bonus for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks, and maintain accurate documentation as defined by the QMP and site requirements.
- Perform packaging equipment adjustments and preventative maintenance activities as defined in Standard Operating Procedures to assure finished packages are in compliance with Q&FS specifications and QMP standards.
- Perform AM responsibilities in the area, in line with Mars Supply Excellence.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the area, to drive performance and plant Key Performance Indicators.
