About the role

- Working alongside operations, quality, and engineering teams, you'll leverage manufacturing technology, data analytics, and automation solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Drive automation and digital manufacturing initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on manufacturing throughput, equipment performance, and production velocity.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and automated systems to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Utilize data analytics tools, including Power BI and Power Platform applications, to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support automated equipment, controls, robotics, and emerging manufacturing technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation, including capital investments and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Support future-state manufacturing strategies through automation, standardization, and workforce cross-training initiatives.

- Degree Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field OR equivalent manufacturing engineering experience.
