- Job Description WGL - HR Advisor This role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in employee relations and advisory work and is looking to step into a more business-facing role.

Responsibilities
- Lead the application and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring they are practical, accessible, and consistently applied across the business
- Coach and support managers in handling day‑to‑day employee relations matters, while appropriately escalating more complex or high‑risk situations to HRBPs or Legal
- Partner closely with HRBPs and Centres of Expertise to deliver key initiatives, including organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent strategies, while taking ownership of execution within the client group
- Provide reporting, insights, and data‑driven recommendations to support workforce decisions, identify trends, and improve overall effectiveness
- Support the delivery of core HR programs and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence
- Partner with Talent Acquisition as needed to support hiring processes, including job scoping, headcount validation, and onboarding coordination
- Proven ability to partner directly with managers to navigate employee matters, including performance, conduct, and day-to-day HR decision-making
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing, time-sensitive priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to support broader HR initiatives

Compensation
- We offer a competitive salary range of $95,400 - $138,075 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
