About the role
- ASSYST is seeking a Business Analyst to support current projects, priorities, and development initiatives in Austin, Texas (Hybrid role)
- The primary focus of this role is gathering and converting requirements into themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while analyzing existing business process documentation to enhance agency efficiency, compliance with statutes, and service delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Estimation Support: Facilitate development and quality assurance discussions to gather story points for a predictive level-of-effort model.
- Project & Implementation Support: Directly support project teams, development teams, and various initiatives to improve agency compliance and overall effectiveness.

Requirements
- 4+ Years: Experience as a senior-level Business Analyst focusing on technical or emerging technology fields.
- 4+ Years: Basic working knowledge and experience with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
- Required Minimum Qualifications:4+

- Experience with process documentation and mapping.
