About the role
- The Pharmacist serves as medical expert, brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor and supervisor.
- The Pharmacist will serve as the Manager on Duty when necessary in the absence of the General Manager or other leadership staff. - Duties include the following.
Responsibilities
- Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials
- Lead by example through being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace and energy.
- Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) functions as needed, including store opening and closing activities and staff supervision.

Requirements
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of PA.
- Must obtain and maintain all state-required Pharmacist training and certification.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

- Detail oriented and focused.
- Computer skills and point of sale register experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- Must complete a mandatory 4 Hour Pharmacist certification required by the PA Department of Health in addition to the PA Train dispensary employee certification.
- Required by the Department of Health to check Patient certifications through the Patient Portal upon all dispensing events while on duty.
