About the role

  • WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
  • This position ensures product accuracy, inventory integrity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Safety gear must be worn as required.
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Nice to have

  • tile/stone industry experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general warehouse experience
  • Good time management and communication skills
