About the role
- We're a Y Combinator-backed company that has raised a $24M Seed + Series A from top-tier investors.
- This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco, CA.
- This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to see their code run in a real customer's stack within days, not quarters.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts: troubleshoot production issues and act as the technical escalation point.
- Build reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations that shrink time-to-value for the next customer.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping, technical wins, and expansion opportunities.
- We're building the memory layer for AI agents.
- Think long-term memory that enables AI to remember conversations, learn from interactions, and build context over time.
- You'll embed with Mem0's most strategic accounts, build the integrations and custom solutions that prove out the value of memory in production, and translate what you learn in the field into requirements for Product and Research.
- Real ownership in what you're building, not just a paycheck
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM-based agents, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Background in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or professional services at an infrastructure or API company.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tooling for production systems.
