About the role

- Assist with finance-related administrative activities, including invoice coordination, expense reimbursements, reporting, and operational recordkeeping.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, government contracting, finance, compliance, human resources, or a related operational function.
- Experience working in a government contracting, regulated, small business, or startup environment preferred.
- Familiarity with contract administration, compliance tracking, and operational documentation.
- Experience supporting administrative finance functions such as invoicing, expense reimbursements, reporting, recordkeeping, or vendor coordination.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive business and employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience using business systems such as project management, HRIS, payroll, accounting, or collaboration platforms.
- Preferred
- Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Gusto, QuickBooks, Greenhouse, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
