Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and training of new colleagues, guiding them to meet established service standards.
- Lead by example, maintaining Aman Seva and LQA standards at all times.
- Support special events, opening and closing procedures, and overall operational readiness.
- An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.
- As Lead Server, you will Reporting to the Food and Beverage Leadership Team, and will play a key role in delivering seamless dining experiences while guiding and supporting the Service team.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining room or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
- Experience with Micros or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Proven experience supporting training and development of service teams.
- You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
