About the role
- Three or more years of administrative or assistance experience.
- Proficient in MS Office at intermediate levels.
Responsibilities
- Creates materials as needed including spreadsheets, presentations, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Maintains all department supplies
- Maintains all department supplies; anticipates needs and orders.
- Attention to Detail: Focuses on specific details to spot and correct errors in advance of them being found and surpass quality expectations. Performs work with thorough proofreading for presentation, content, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Builds trusting relationships and establishes credibility with peers, mangers and stakeholders to influence optimal outcomes for employees and clients.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people inside and outside of the organization. Builds appropriate rapport, constructive and effective relationships. Uses diplomacy and tact and diffuses high-tension situations comfortably.
- Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively, consistently meeting service level agreements under tight deadlines, competing initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the department/division.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
