Responsibilities

  • The Director of Engineering, Innovation leads RBC's enterprise Innovation Engineering function within Technology and Operations.

Requirements

  • People Leadership 7+ years of progressive leadership in software/platform engineering with 5+ years managing senior engineers and architects.
