About the role
- The title officer also provides resource information to clarify title opinions and underwriting decisions within the framework of company policies, federal and state regulations.
- This position is onsite in Meridian, ID.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail along with strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly productive manner.
- Possess knowledge of legal documents with ability to analyze and evaluate documents as it relates to title.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial title experience.
- Must have excellent problem-solving capability and analytical abilities.
- Must be self-starter with ability to work independently.
- The Title Officer must possess the ability to assess risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions, and provide title opinions based on the facts and documentation.
