About the role
- The Paralegal function plays a critical role in supporting the company's commercial contracting activities.
- This position is full-time in the office and based in our Atlanta, GA office.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit a variety of commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, NDAs, and various commercial documents including AI, privacy and security related addenda.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository, support business to track key dates and obligations, and ensure timely execution and renewal of agreements.
- Develop and update contract templates, playbooks, and process documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and business operations.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Nice to have
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience with commercial contracts.
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm setting preferred.
- Experience with lease administration/lease accounting software platforms.
- Demonstrated success working with OKRs and performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
