About the role
- As an Associate Client Services Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for a key global client account spanning Medical Affairs and Publications.
- Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
- Contribute to business development by leading proposals, RFPs/RFIs, pitches, and onboarding new business, while identifying opportunities to expand the existing client partnership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and confidently navigating complex business conversations.
- Partner with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality scientific communications that support client objectives.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, improving delivery processes, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance account performance.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Client Services team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Lead account strategy and planning, applying market insights and industry trends to develop innovative solutions that deliver long-term value.

Compensation
- $130,000 - $160,000 USD
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
