About the role

  • This role is responsible for managing the CMO's calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing reimbursements, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinates the logistics of department and group meetings, training sessions, and retreats.
  • Works with teams within the department to ensure that intranet content is up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the branding team to maintain the marketing collateral (one-pagers, About the Firm, placemats, etc.) repository.
  • Provides support to the digital marketing team in the form of website content updates and blog posts.
  • Supports the Client and Business Intelligence team with the implementation of other KM platforms.
  • Supports the communications team with the daily compilation of firm press clips.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements

  • The position requires a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive time management skills and the ability to work independently to active project objectives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and research reports.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex financial reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs and tools.

Nice to have

  • Strong project management and/or executive assistant experience is preferred.
  • CRM experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Contributes to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of marketing and business development tools and technologies.

Compensation

  • Provides logistical support for department bi-annual retreats.
  • Manages the development and tracking of the department's annual budget, monitors expenditures, and prepares quarterly summaries of spend and forecast to budget.
