About the role
- This role is responsible for managing the CMO's calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing reimbursements, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Coordinates the logistics of department and group meetings, training sessions, and retreats.
- Works with teams within the department to ensure that intranet content is up to date.
Responsibilities
- Works with the branding team to maintain the marketing collateral (one-pagers, About the Firm, placemats, etc.) repository.
- Provides support to the digital marketing team in the form of website content updates and blog posts.
- Supports the Client and Business Intelligence team with the implementation of other KM platforms.
- Supports the communications team with the daily compilation of firm press clips.
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Requirements
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive time management skills and the ability to work independently to active project objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and research reports.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex financial reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs and tools.
Nice to have
- Strong project management and/or executive assistant experience is preferred.
- CRM experience is a plus.
Skills
- Contributes to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of marketing and business development tools and technologies.

Compensation
- Provides logistical support for department bi-annual retreats.
- Manages the development and tracking of the department's annual budget, monitors expenditures, and prepares quarterly summaries of spend and forecast to budget.
