About the role
- Work Shift 100% IN PERSON - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible.
- Due to the nature of this role, the expectation is to work from the office full time.
- Location (in-person): 1054 Federal Road, Houston, TX 77015 Schedule: Our 1054 Federal Road, Houston, TX 77015 location has standard operation hours Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time (CT).
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to balance transactional responsibilities while supporting business development and marketing efforts during slower business periods.
Compensation
- The hourly rate is $16.50 per hour.
