About the role
- Additional work area assignments may apply.
- Setting expectations for all pipe department employees with timeframes to complete tasks.
- Work from bill of material (BOM), assembly drawings, prints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to pipe units
Responsibilities
- Lead morning meetings with their direct reports in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Receive and sign for purchased components and materials needed to build specific work orders in the piping area.
- Maintain safe, and organized work area. Notify supervisor or other appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, or documentation.
Requirements
- Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Ensure daily labor is entered and in-process check sheets are completed as required.
Nice to have
- Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required as needed to meet production demands.

- Assist supervisor with skills and knowledge development of existing and new employees.
