About the role

  • At EIG, a subsidiary of Kin Insurance, you're not dialing cold as an Insurance Sales Representative.

  • You'll provide expert consultation on homeowners coverage as well as complementary policies such as auto, umbrella, and flood insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Work primarily with company-provided qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes

Compensation

  • On-target earnings (OTE) starting at $72,000, with uncapped commission potential
  • $47,250 base salary
  • Ramp compensation plan during the first three months of sales production
  • After one year in role, Sales Representatives in good standing are eligible to be considered for promotion to Senior level, which comes with an increased base salary.
