- The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Admin and Corporate Development role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and VP, Corporate Development while helping ensure our office, events, and internal initiatives run seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure priorities are organized effectively.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the office, including supplies, vendors, meeting rooms, equipment, facilities requests, and workplace needs.
- Support corporate development projects and company-wide initiatives through research, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Create clear and professional presentations, reports, briefing materials, trackers, and other documents.
- Support internal communications by drafting company updates, newsletters, presentations, announcements, and event communications.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals from unique backgrounds, fostering innovation.

Requirements
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, projects, or office activities is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Up to four years of relevant experience in executive support, office administration, event coordination, business operations, customer service or a related area. New graduates with relevant co-op, internship, or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to support occasional events, meetings, or urgent priorities outside regular business hours.
Compensation
- Salary range is $65,000-80,000 CAD
- Salary ranges are designed to be competitive.
- Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience and is subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific requirements or the role.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range, and pay can increase quickly for those who make a big impact in the role.
