About the role

Focus on project details and direct field execution to ensure alignment with project goals.
Oversight and management of all field personnel, working through and with assigned Foreman and field personnel.
Through partnership with the Field Safety Team, the Superintendent has full authority and responsibility for the management of the worksite safety program.

Builds cooperative, trusting relationships with crew members, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and 3rd parties.
Balances the big picture with the details to drive project success.
Develops and motivates project teams through coaching and mentoring.
Drives accountability and fosters a high-performance culture.

6+ years of field leadership experience in a Heavy Civil construction environment.
Demonstrated understanding of civil construction processes and systems.
Thorough knowledge of construction forecasting, cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles.
Ability to identify and resolve complex construction issues.
