About the role

This role sits within our Technology team, which empowers the firm through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving Salesforce and enterprise technology projects that streamline operations and elevate client service.
Strong candidates demonstrate both authenticity and leverage, using AI to elevate their work while maintaining clear ownership.

Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture
Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies
Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units
Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments

6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $190,000 together with the benefits listed above.
