About the role

When combined with precision psychiatry and leading-edge therapeutic techniques, we're able to improve outcomes for those with mild-to-severe clinical depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
This role will report to the SVP of Product.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product initiatives to improve KPIs.

Conduct research and evaluate data to develop insights and identify product opportunities.
Partner with the data team to evaluate and size potential investments and leveraging data to measure impact of product initiatives.
Collaborate with design to produce user friendly designs.
Work with engineering to plan, deliver, and test software consistent with specifications.
Act as liaison and collaborate with Billing, Finance, Operations, Growth, Clinicians, and HR.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to own our portfolio of billing related products.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, RCM Operations, and Clinical Operations to turn ambiguous, regulated problems into durable solutions.

4+ years in Product Management with B2B SaaS products.
Ability to flex between defining product strategy and dive into the details to enable effective execution.
Must be a clear communicator and a thoughtful, empathetic collaborator.
Ability to write effective and concise product specifications.
Experience working closely with designers and engineers to produce great work.
