About the role
- Dayton Vitality Hotel is looking for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!
- Reporting to the Executive Engineer, this role is fully onsite responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and engineering operations of the property, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members.
- This position plays a key role in protecting the hotel's assets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Supervisor will lead preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs and facility improvements, support life safety and regulatory compliance initiatives, and supervise maintenance team activities.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and hear.

- Occasional travel may be required.

- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc. preferred
