About the role
- This role ensures delivery excellence, strong financial performance, and high levels of client satisfaction across all engagements within the portfolio.
- Contribute to solution development, delivery approach, staffing strategy, and proposal planning to ensure customer commitments are executable and aligned with successful delivery.
- Identify delivery, commercial, and implementation risks early, helping shape solutions that balance customer outcomes with successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Practice Leads, Architects, and Solution Engineering teams to bring the right expertise into complex engagements and client expansion opportunities.
- Experience partnering with Solution Engineers and Practice Leads during pre-sales.
