Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
- Comfort using systems and tools, including HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel
