- This role will help shape the service offerings that we go to market with and build the operational processes to scale the PS function at Retool.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions during technical discussions.
Skills
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
