Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience within a school environment, including experience in school operations or a comparable role.
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional operational teams and complex organizational initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, school teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing organizational change, compliance requirements, audits, risk assessments, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google-based productivity tools.
Nice to have
- a master's degree is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $130,000-$173,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
