About the role

At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we're seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.
Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
Paid Mileage & Drive Time
Ongoing Clinical Support & Mentorship

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with children is a plus, but not required

Skills

In-home ABA therapy
No ABA experience?
