About the role
- The Director will be responsible for expanding geographic market presence, deepening client relationships, and driving long-term success in a rapidly evolving sector.
- The Advanced Manufacturing market includes high‑tech manufacturing products such as robotics, EV/Automotive, defense/aerospace, industrial, advanced materials and chemical, and food & beverage.
- This position will evaluate and prioritize submarkets to recommend where to focus on work across regions, with findings presented to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- This role provides leadership across market development, client engagement, networking, team building, innovation, and strategy throughout the full project lifecycle-from marketing and pursuits through construction and delivery.
- / Essential Functions Lead the strategic growth and execution of Consigli's Advanced Manufacturing business across all regions.
- Build and maintain strong C-suite, board-level, and institutional client relationships.
- Collaborate with architects, OPMs, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure successful planning and delivery.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Regional Directors, and Department Heads on strategy, performance, and growth initiatives.
- Leverage Direct Buy capabilities to add value and better support projects.
- Build, mentor, and expand Advanced Manufacturing teams across all regional geographies.
- Leverage Self Perform, Energy, and Technology capabilities to enhance value propositions.
- Support marketing, business development, and proposal efforts to strengthen the Advanced Manufacturing brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, strategic advisory, or consulting within construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Experience advising executive leadership and senior clients on complex projects.
Nice to have
- Public speaking, industry thought leadership, or published insights preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation
- Develop and execute annual business and operations plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide region-specific plans to grow Advanced Manufacturing, including a full annual SWOT analysis.
