About the role

  • This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management.
  • You'll be directly responsible for growing our technical teams while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
  • Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
  • You're deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
  • You have a headhunter mindset - you go find the best talent
  • You have a track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • You're data, systems & process oriented, with an expertise in leading TA tools
