About the role

- As a C++ Software Engineer with Vatic, you will work directly with traders, researchers, and other developers to engineer cutting edge, ultra-low latency, high throughput trading systems.
- You will play a key role in taking projects from conception to deployment.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with C/C++ systems development in a Linux environment
- Experience building latency sensitive systems with a strong understanding of low-level systems and network development
- Strong understanding of hardware stack and hardware architecture from a latency perspective
- Strong understanding of network protocols
- Experience writing assembly code desirable
- Advanced knowledge of operating system internals and Linux kernel
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $275,000.
