- This position is mainly for Friday and Saturday shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM each week, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week based on business needs, events, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Today we deliver the most thrilling and highest quality racing, dining and entertainment experiences to our visitors.
- This role will support daily restaurant service, buffet service, prep, and event production.

Requirements
- Must be available every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures
Nice to have
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
