Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCM
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
- As a Reliability Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving equipment reliability and ensuring consistent performance in a regulated environment.
- Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practices
- Familiarity with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPM
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
