Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCM
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
  • As a Reliability Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving equipment reliability and ensuring consistent performance in a regulated environment.
  • Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practices
  • Familiarity with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPM
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
