The Field Specialist (DSC) plays a key role in monitoring applications, conducting testing, maintaining equipment, and supporting product and inventory management activities in alignment with Baker Hughes Core Values.

Have strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Are you interested in building hands‑on field expertise while supporting industrial and oilfield operations?

Have a two‑year Technical College degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Have a High School diploma or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.(Preferred)
Have foundational knowledge of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts (preferred).
