Responsibilities
- build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.
- Strategic Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights to support key initiatives, new product launches, pricing strategy, and capital planning.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with functional leads (e.g., Product, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Risk, Operations) to inform planning and resource decisions.

- Performance Monitoring: Track financial and operational KPIs across teams; build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.

Requirements
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
- startup or financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
- familiarity with accounting systems and FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus.
- Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics.
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
