Responsibilities

  • build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights to support key initiatives, new product launches, pricing strategy, and capital planning.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with functional leads (e.g., Product, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Risk, Operations) to inform planning and resource decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, systems, and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track financial and operational KPIs across teams; build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
  • startup or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
  • familiarity with accounting systems and FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
