Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, Financial Advisor or a related role.
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, Financial Advisor or a related role. Must have one (1) year of experience with: Experience with Investment management platforms (Aladdin and Charles River) functions including IMS modules - trading workflows, portfolio compliance, portfolio construction, and investment management
- Financial markets and instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternatives) and how these combine to create tailored, risk-adjusted portfolios
- Global financial regulations (MiFID, SFDR, GDPR) and their impact on portfolio construction, operational processes, and trading
- Automating business processes using Excel, Python, and SQL
- Data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI and Tableau) for building interactive dashboards and insights
- Documenting business processes using tools (Visio) for clarity and stakeholder alignment

- Salary: $121,000 - 127,500
