Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects which make up a program directed toward a common objective.
Takes programs from original concept through final implementation.

Align deliverables of the projects with the organization's overall strategic goals.
Communicates strategy to the project managers and ensure that individual project goals align with the program strategy.
Reports to Senior Executives on the progress of the individual projects and the overall program.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Requires eight years or more of project management experience managing large, complex projects or multiple projects within a program
PMP certification preferred.
Requires experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK and PRINCE2).
Additional years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Requires strong leadership skills to include influencing and negotiation skills to coordinate and motivate project teams.
Experience with Dental insurance products and operations preferred.
Experience with federal government health programs preferred.

Generally responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.
