About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the AI product strategy for our consumer mobile application
  • Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to scope, prioritise, and ship AI-driven functionality
  • Own the full App Store release cycle for AI features - from scoping through submission and post-launch analysis
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions and track success
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership on the AI product roadmap
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to validate decisions and measure outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry is a big win!
  • Proven track record as a Senior PM or above on consumer-facing mobile applications
  • Direct experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a B2C context
  • Hands-on coding ability in Python or Java - you are comfortable reading code, writing scripts, and reasoning about technical implementations

Nice to have

  • Experience working at an early-stage company or within a new product vertical
  • Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or personalisation engines in a consumer context
  • Background with mobile A/B testing and experimentation platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • iOS ecosystem (App Store Connect, TestFlight)
  • AI/ML tooling and APIs
  • Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Project management tools (Linear, Jira, or similar)
