Maintenance Technicians are responsible for addressing service requests, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, completing preventative maintenance, and performing general repairs as needed.
They also assist with unit turns, inspections, and maintaining the overall curb appeal of the property.

Maintain a high standard for the overall appearance, safety, and condition of Alura Luxury Apartments.
Oversee day- to- day maintenance operations and ensure all building systems, common areas, and units are properly maintained.
Perform hands- on maintenance and repairs across units, common areas, and building systems as needed.
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of property systems and reduce unexpected repairs.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment; order materials as needed while monitoring costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies related to maintenance operations.

$60,000 to $80,000 based upon experience plus bonus incentives and benefits.
THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER POSITION: Our Maintenance Manager plays an integral role in supporting the ongoing operations and resident experience at Alura Luxury Apartments, Lee's Summit's premier luxury multi-family community.
This position works closely with the property management team to ensure apartment homes, common areas, and community amenities are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and appearance.
