Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for entry-level warehouse and operations positions, from sourcing strategy through offer execution.
- Consult with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to align hiring goals, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Guide Hiring Managers on structured interviewing and support selection discussions to promote consistent and legally compliant practices.
- Support offer development and approvals, helping Hiring Managers create competitive offers.
- Maintain awareness of key recruiting metrics (e.g., SLAs, sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience) to better understand overall recruiting performance.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong candidate communication.
