3+ years of relevant work experience (internships included)
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in clear language.
Proficiency in using the full suite of Microsoft Office products and strong presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future

EIT or P.Eng as a preference
Basic knowledge of using CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Revit platform to produce 3D models and drawings
and a willingness to learn additional programs to support the design, drawings, and schedules required for equipment loss assessment.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to travel to various project sites and conduct field investigations.
Must be able to work at heights to periodically access and work on roofs, scaffolds, lifts, and other elevated surfaces.
Must be able to work in hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and work in enclosed spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.) with appropriate personal protection.
