Responsibilities

  • Lead statistical analysis to validate and improve quality control processes.
  • Lead, develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, process flow charts, and MSA documentation.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead problem solving to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support change control, document control, design reviews, and new product introductions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen quality awareness and process discipline.
  • As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will lead and drive process improvements that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Your Background Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in transformer or equivalent manufacturing, including production processes, quality control, and shop floor operations.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with SAP QM, Minitab, AutoCAD, SharePoint, and Power BI.
